English Constitution Movement launches today, on this eleventh day of October 2025 to bring much needed change with a non-political, independent and impartial one-voice action group established to safeguard English constitutional principles.
We’ve formed to ensure civilians are not overcome by the erosion of rights and protections afforded by the statutory laws of the land. Equality before the law must prevail.
Ignorance of the issues; the real enemy within eroding democracy
It is our view that all the political parties have their priorities all wrong. What happens is that one party is voted in after another but the real problems that lay in the administration, pass on, with none addressing the fundamental issue, the rot that lays within the central government and judicial administration who have migrated away from just governance, defeating English constitutional principles.
Extremism, whether religious or political is dangerous
The extreme left and right create hate and divide, and with that comes prejudice and erosion of English constitutional principles.
In these times, unless drastic action is taken there’s a real risk that the British flag will be seen not as the symbol of equality, courage, the rule of law and integrity, but for bias and cowardice. The issues all lay in the rot that festers within the government administration, and that rot does not change, just because a new party is elected into power.
Opposing parties make noise about illegal immigrants arriving on boats, without addressing holes in the government administration allowing it to prosper. Driving this right wing political movement is un underlying sinister extremist narrative showing unwavering support for the Zionist state of Israel, who are, on the balance of probabilities, guilty of war crimes and genocide.
It is the rot and treachery under the Crown’s brand, of central government dysfunction from the top down that we fight to change, for it is truly they who have caused the damage, and continue to do so, and it is they who have allowed the extremist traits to merge into the government administration. Alarmingly dangerous times lay ahead unless drastic action is taken, and the UK risks irreparable reputational damage on the international stage.
English Constitution Movement’s aggressive surgery by private professionals to remove the cancer of corruption
English Constitution Movement is about creating the change, taking direct action against those who behave unconstitutionally in public or judicial office and by advocating just governance throughout public life based on its 10 English Constitutional Commandments that underpin and run alongside the well-established Nolan Principles.
English Constitution Movement is lobbying for proper regulation of the judicial oath of office to ensure that judges not only promise under oath to act ‘without fear, favour, affection or ill-will, and according to law’ but that one that does act with favour, ill-will or contrary to the law’ may be held criminally liable with a new offence proposed by our movement, of ‘Corrupt and or improper exercise of judicial powers and privileges’.
How will English Constitution Movement make the difference?
English Constitution Movement aims to attract around 10,000 members a year, each paying an annual membership of £121, creating a powerful action group with a substantial annual cash budget to take private civil and criminal prosecution action against those who abuse their powers in public or judicial office.
The government administration has deliberately engineered a culture of concealment and non-regulation so that those who abuse their powers more often than not get away unpunished, leading to the state of affairs we have today, we’re established to break away from that, bringing a new level of transparency and accountability essentially if we are to maintain a constitutionally proper democracy.
A dysfunctional justice system and deliberate non-regulation
The justice system is a complete mess, judges are unregulated, often lawless and unaccountable and real judicial independence is selective, and is often non-existent when action is taken against other government officials, police or offshoots.
We, the People are the owners of the English rule of law and the statutory laws of our land, and it is us, the people who must now unite via our action group to bring the change and to hold the unaccountable to account.
We ‘fly the flag’ and hold the sword – Our fight for justice and equality
We fly the flag, and we also hold the sword, representing our fight for justice, and our fight for just governance, ending corruption and inequalities and advocating long-established English Constitutional Principles which are, together with new law enacted to properly regulate those principles, to form the powers and principles that determine how the state conducts itself, rather than the whims of any political party.
We fly the flag to bring the ‘Great’ back into Britain, a diverse and culturally tolerant county promoting equality, fairness and respect for our great English constitution and the statutory laws that have evolved through its existence.
The rights and privileges granted by the statutory laws of the land must be afforded to all and tearing up the Human Rights Act 1998 is an ill-thought out campaign by the right wing parties which, in itself is a direct attack on the only piece of legislation designed to ensure that rights of the people are not infringed on by the administration.

The cure to the immigration crisis that arose through years of maladministration and non-regulation is certainly not to erode the statutory rights of the people. One does not need to use a sledgehammer to crack a nut.
The people, now more than ever must be able to rely on the statutory law granting the basic right to a fair trial, the right to freedom of expression, the right of protection of property and civil liberty and more so with the ever increasing fascism and totalitarianism inflicted against us by successive governments who appear to consistently push constitutional separation boundaries.
