Our powerful movement takes direct action in high profile cases against the increasingly corrupt and unaccountable government and judicial administration, rooting out the wrongdoers and enforcing English constitutional principles by holding office holders to account in the criminal and or civil courts.
The constitutional oaths of office are statutory law designed to ensure that office holders conduct their duties in the public interest and without bias.
Everyone is equal before the law, and no one, and that means, no one, is above the law.

The legal maxim stands for the principle that not only must all judicial decisions be fair and impartial, but the decision should be publicly available, requiring transparency and open justice proceedings to maintain public trust and confidence in the judicial system to prevent arbitrary decisions and ensure that the public can observe that justice is indeed being served.
In the public interest, English Constitution Movement brings proceedings in the UK courts and internationally in high profile cases against some high profile people, exposing flaws in the proper administration of justice and bringing the change that everyone needs.
