A. Overview
Your annual membership fee is a non-refundable donation toward our cause in supporting the English Constitution Movement.
The ‘English Constitution Movement‘ is a private action group founded to restore and preserve English constitutional principles, the English rule of law and to restore just governance by taking direct legal action and lobbying parliamentarians for change.
Membership fees are utilised exclusively in support of the activities described within our website, limited exclusively to work in the interests of justice and in the public interest designed to restore and preserve English constitutional principles, which also includes marketing and advertising and operational overheads.
English Constitution Movement warrants to provide annual accounting statements at the end of each financial year. We provide transparency in allocation of funds.
A1. How we collect your membership fee
All members of English Constitution Movement officially become members upon us processing your annual membership fee, which is always taken via our website; www.englishconstitution.com. No one from English Constitution Movement will contact you asking for payment via any other method than via our website. If you receive a telephone call purporting to be from us requesting money, it is not us.
B. English Constitution Movement Membership – What’s offered?
Branded T-shirts
All members get one branded English Constitution Group T-shirt (either a Polo or a Singlet) and one hoodie, delivered to the address provided when signing up as a member. After you have joined, one of our helpful admins will contact you by email to arrange delivery of your membership package and we’ll then ask you to confirm shirt size and type preference. Members can choose from a Functional Fabric Micro Fiber Polo, or a singlet, in either black or white, one of each.
English Constitution Movement voting member’s rights
Each membership grants the member voting rights and every member can put forward opinion or insight that will duly be considered by the board and actioned if appropriate. Every member is treated equally and every opinion counts. We use A.I generative analysis to update our members on results on voting on a wide range of issues related to the English Constitution and the rule of law.
Annual membership draw – 1 of our members will win £121,000 in cash – with generous runner’s up prizes genuinely to be won
The winner will be drawn randomly with each membership number representing a ticket entry (one ticket per annual membership). The prize draw will be on 31st of December each calendar year on the condition that at least 1,500 new members join during that calendar year. In the unlikely event that there is a shortfall in new members, the provision shall roll over and the prize draw shall commence in the following year on the same condition.
Runner’s up prizes are: 21,000 in cash for the second draw and 10,000 for the third.
Networking access
Any member wishing to network with other members who share our passion for change and proper constitutional governance can contact our admin team asking to be placed on our open networking list where those members can join our public forum and engage with one another via private chat.
Annual invites
All members will get annual invites (if applicable) to any English Constitution events, meetings or functions well in advance.
